How do I pay rent: You will be asked to set up a monthly standing order with your bank. Alternatively you can use the payment section above.

What does referencing involve: Referencing is nothing to worry about. Tenants applying to rent need to give details of their employer and income, their previous address and some bank account details. These will be checked to ensure they are able to commit to monthly rental payments.

What is a tenancy agreement: The tenancy agreement is the contract, signed by both yourself and the landlord. It includes all the terms and conditions of the tenancy. By signing this document you agree to abide by them.

What a tenant should not do: A tenant must not do the following – 

Sublet without permission.

Cause damage to the property.

Fail to pay rent on time.

What will happen to my deposit: Your deposit will be placed in a government approved scheme. Sayat uses DPS ( Deposit Protection Service ). The deposit will be returned to you in full if the landlord/agent is satisfied that the tenant has complied with all their obligations as outlined in the tenancy agreement.
