Sayat, established in 2019, is a family owned and run business with a diverse portfolio having over 34 years experience in the rental and purchasing property market.

We traded as a sole trader prior to registering as a limited company.

Our aim and objective is to manage properties, buy land and property for the purpose of providing private affordable community based housing.

We offer high quality properties, rooms, bedsits and multi-occupational units with an integral service that covers a wide range of facilities with competitive rates. We offer bespoke services to our clients.
